I could not keep my body shape as 2 years ago before I so busy with my office works. My stamina is also decreased drastically and easily feel tired, all my muscles feel stiff. So several months ago my friend invited me to go to the gym together and I accepted his offer.

Body building is one of the most popular pastimes for men and women everywhere who are looking to improve there physical appearance and wellbeing.
