    Technically, laughter yoga combines laughter with activities like yoga-style breathing. Generally, these activities carried out for one hour, 30 minutes including time for a laugh.

    “In this therapy, we use the basic techniques of yoga that focuses on breathing exercises. Laughter will get people to breathe more deeply, which means providing more benefits,” he added.
