- Practice 2 &#8211; 3 times a week as part of a regular strength training. However, this exercise should be done every day.<br />
- Do exercises of 2-3 sets each 8-12 reps.<br />
- Use your skills as strong burden.<br />
- Rest 45 to 60 seconds in between sets.<br />
- When you feel the 12 repetitions per set is light, add a heavy burden.<br />
- After 4-6 weeks, or when you feel ready, raise the difficulty level of training. You can ask the instructor about this.</p>
<p><strong>Mistakes to avoid</strong><br />
- Conduct to the labor movement from the arm muscles. This is like not training your abdominal muscles.<br />
- Allowing the shoulder moves forward when you practice. This will only increase tension in the neck and upper back.<br />
- Change the position of your hips so torso is not straight. Your lower back will be stressed so that it can hurt.</p>

It seems that everyone is jumping on the antioxidant bandwagon and why not? New research out of the time seems to indicate that antioxidants can prevent cancer, strengthen the immune system and even keep you from aging. Antioxidants work by sucking up free radicals that can damage the cells of your body and bring them to the liver where they eventually came out of the body.</p>
<p><span id="more-180"></span>Heart disease in particular has been the subject of recent studies. Researchers in Italy examined the three hundred and seven middle-aged women to Atherosclerosis. This is the formation of plaques and lesions in coronary arteries, which can signal the development of cardiovascular disease years before the diagnosis of doctors alone. These women not taking vitamin supplements containing vitamin A, C or E. researchers took blood samples to measure the basic level of women of various antioxidants, took a questionnaire and conducted an ultrasound examination of their carotid and branches of the heart arteries. They found that women who have plaques in the arteries of the building they have a low intake of vitamin E. Women with the lowest basic vitamin E concentrations in their blood twice as likely to have a build of plaque in their carotid arteries and branches of the liver.</p>
<p>On a side note appears promising research related to breast cancer in women. Researchers gave thirty-two women between the age of thirty-two and eighty-one with metastatic breast cancer, a multivitamin supplement. It contains vitamins C, E, beta carotene, selenium, coenzyme Q10 and other vitamins and minerals every day for eighteen months. No patients died during this period, which is beautiful because without supplements that can be expected that at least four of the volunteers will die. Also cancer in each patient appeared to stop the spread. Six patients showed partial remission. -Six one from patients in partial remission had a dose of coenzyme Q10 increased to 390mg daily and within two months her tumor could no longer be seen on a mammogram.</p>
<p>Antioxidants are useful but they seem to be able to do only do so much. In a French study published in 2004 has been found that the antioxidants tend to benefit men more than women. Institut National de la Sante et de la Recherche Medicale and Unite de Surveillance et d&#8217;Epidemiologie Nutritionnelle study the effects of supplements in more than thirteen thousand men and women for seven and a half years. The participants were divided into groups, each taking a different antioxidants every day. Antioxidants are ascorbic acid, vitamin E, Beta Carotene, Selenium, Zinc and placebo. At the end of their studies found that people who take antioxidants thirty-one per cent more likely to develop cancer than women. Some of us women may automatically think what a sexist found! Although there is the possibility that the antioxidant is more effective only in males was not possible. It is more likely that people have a lower base of antioxidants in their bloodstream than women, in other words, women may have eating better than men with lots of antioxidants and they have high baselines. Thus, antioxidants that men taking only carry basic male and antioxidants that the woman may have been excessive.</p>
<p>As a result of this study the researchers suggested that you can get a high and beneficial antioxidant levels in your blood with food that contains lots of fruits and vegetables.</p>
